At Magnads, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, products, and training experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy on certain items and services, as outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Magnads are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or under exceptional circumstances outlined in this policy. This applies to all:

  • Digital marketing services

  • Branding and design services

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Online and offline training classes

  • Consultations and strategy sessions

Once a purchase is made or a service is initiated, we cannot offer refunds due to the time, planning, and resources involved.

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to templates, e-books, downloadable files, or pre-recorded video content, are final and non-refundable. Once delivered or accessed, these items cannot be returned due to their intangible nature.

3. Online & Offline Classes

All payments for online or offline classes, including workshops, training programs, or educational sessions, are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our learning environment.

  • Missed classes or inability to attend does not qualify for a refund.

  • In some cases, class rescheduling may be allowed, subject to availability and advance notice.

4. Project-Based Services

For custom projects (such as branding, social media design, or campaign management):

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels midway, a partial refund may be considered based on the uncompleted portion of work, at our discretion.

  • Once the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

5. Recurring/Monthly Services

For ongoing services (e.g., ad management, content creation):

  • You may cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Payments for active or completed cycles are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by the client (e.g., missing assets or approvals).

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake

  • A service was paid for but never started, and cancellation was requested before work commenced

  • A technical issue on our side prevented delivery of a digital product (verified case)

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any service or product, we encourage you to contact us first. Our team will do their best to resolve the issue fairly and professionally.
